Redback Tours - Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions applicable to all tours operated by The Redback Group, including tours sold through The Beer Tour Co and Redback Tours.

Weather Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour based on weather elements. We will strive to run each and every tour as close to the regular itinerary however, safety is the main propriety. No refunds for modified tours due to weather.
Regulations & Age Restrictions:
All participants and age groups are welcome on our tours, unless noted in tour description, as with the beer and wine tours where all participants must be 19yrs of age or older. Children under the age of 15yrs must be travelling with a legal guardian. Children 16yrs and over are welcome to travel alone however a legal parent or guardian must sign a waiver acknowledging that their child has the ability to travel with Redback Tours, meaning, you need to have the confidence in your child that they can find their way around the event location such as the baseball stadium or Canada’s Wonderland or any attraction that is booked separately from our bus transportation. Not all tours are guide led.
Our tours are not a babysitting service. Your children need to be able to use the bathroom’s themselves and navigate tour attractions as well as responsible to return to the bus upon departure time.
Alcohol and the Roads & Traffic Act:
Drinking alcohol on board the bus is not allowed.
If you bring it on board and open it, you do so at your own risk and are subject to any fines.
Section 32(1) of Ontario’s Liquor License Act (LLA) states that no one is permitted to drive or have control of a motor vehicle while there is opened and readily available liquor in the vehicle. The LLA falls under the purview of the Ministry of the Attorney General, and questions about the enforcement of this section are referred to the police.
Departure times:
Times on our tours are very important. We need to be in certain places at certain times. We hold reservations at all locations we visit so as part of our respectful conduct to the establishments we visit we ask that you adhere to all time points given. So please be on time for the departure point. We don’t want to leave anyone behind but if it’s absolutely necessary we will have to do that to make sure the tour runs on time. You are welcome to meet us at any of the stops along the way however any additional cost you need to spend to catch up with the tour will not be reimbursed, nor will any missed venues.
Respectful Conduct
We encourage the responsible drinking of alcohol and provide a respectful workplace for our employees and establishments we visit. Please know your limit and stay within it. In keeping with Government regulations with the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, masks or facial coverings are mandatory for the duration of our tours. We expect all customers to adhere to this while on our vehicles and also inside any venues and be respectful to our staff and all staff at the venues we visit. As of September 22, 2021, in keeping with Government mandate, proof of full vaccination (two doses completed at least 14days prior to event date) is to be presented prior to boarding the bus and will be required at each venue where indoor tastings/touring occurs. If you are asked to leave an establishment we visit because of intoxication or for any other reason you will also be asked to leave our tour at your own expense and any missed venues will not be refunded.
Transport
We reserve the right to use any vehicle we see fit and acceptable to accommodate your group. This could include smaller or larger vehicles and sub-charter contractors. Vehicle branding is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to contract other carriers to fulfil our contract if need be.
The Redback Group is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. It is your responsibility to keep track of your belongings and purchases. The Redback Group are not responsible for personal injury that may occur during a particular tour or activity.
Damage to Bus or other vehicles
Any damage to any of our vehicles (either ours or a contractors vehicle) will be billed at the rate of repair for the damage to the individual clients credit card or the credit card on file for a group reservation.
If the vehicle is not left in the standard upon when you started your tour, an excessive cleaning fee of $100 may be charged to the credit card on file.
The Redback Group is not liable for loss of time due to weather or mechanical failure.
Final Payments:
Balance for quoted work must be paid in full prior to contracted services. The cost specified is based on the information you provided us when making your reservation. Any additional services based on actual services provided, such as parking, tolls, driver accommodation, increase in charter length and other expenses will be the responsibility of the client.
Imagery
Visuals such as photos and videos of the tour experiences or events that are attended are sometimes taken. By attending our private and/ or public tours and events, you understand that you are allowing The Redback Group the right to use any photos or videos taken of you to be used for promotional material, social media or commercial purposes. We use all necessary efforts to portray all individuals likeness in a positive respectful manner. You also agree and understand that you grant The Redback Group a royalty-free license to use these images or videos of your likeness.

Redback Tours
Private Tours:
- Inside 14 days of the tour departure date, tours are non-refundable. Prior to 14days, depending on availability we may be able to change the tour date if needed.
- Private Events/Weddings- After deposit has been received to book your event date, remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. If cancelling outside 6 weeks deposit will be refunded less $50 admin fee. Inside 6 weeks 100% cancellation fee.
- Inside 14days of the tour departure date, tours are non-refundable. Prior to 14days, depending on availability, we will try to move you onto another available tour and transfer the cost of that ticket onto the new tour. Price increase may apply and will be the responsibility of the client to cover any differences.
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour that does not meet minimum passenger number requirements. Alternative tours and/or dates will be offered, and if not suitable for the customer, a full refund will be given.
